Important terms for quote requests, pricing, scheduling, and service limitations.
Who we are
The Aquarium Concierge is operated by Silver Moose Ventures LLC. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” in these terms mean Silver Moose Ventures LLC doing business as The Aquarium Concierge.
Preliminary estimates
Online pricing is preliminary and subject to confirmation after photo review, service-area review, access review, and aquarium condition assessment.
Service scope
The 90-Minute Clean Tank Service includes routine freshwater aquarium maintenance tasks listed on the site. Replacement parts, repairs, medications, livestock, and specialty treatments are quoted separately.
The 30-Day Aquarium Reset
Severely neglected aquariums may require The 30-Day Aquarium Reset rather than one Clean Tank Service visit. Results depend on condition, livestock, equipment, and water quality.
Scheduling
Online scheduling reserves the requested date. The exact arrival window and final service scope are confirmed by text after review.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide safe access, disclose known issues, and keep children and animals clear of the work area.
Limitations
Cleaning workmanship is addressed by the satisfaction guarantee. Biological blooms, disease, equipment failures, leaks, chronic water issues, and conditions outside our control are excluded.
