The Aquarium Concierge is operated by Silver Moose Ventures LLC. Silver Moose Ventures LLC is responsible for the information collected through this website and service.
Information collected
We collect contact details, service location information, aquarium details, quote notes, and aquarium photos submitted through the quote flow.
Purpose
Information is used to evaluate service availability, provide preliminary estimates, confirm scope, schedule service, and communicate about the request.
Aquarium photos
Photos are used for quote review and service planning. Uploaded image references are stored separately from lead records when object storage is configured.
Analytics and attribution
Analytics may track non-sensitive events such as quote started, service selected, phone clicked, or quote submitted. Campaign source, medium, campaign name, landing page, and referring URL may be associated with a lead. Names, phone numbers, email addresses, notes, and photos are not sent to analytics platforms.
Email communication
We may send quote confirmations and service-related messages. Optional marketing messages are sent only when consent is provided.
Third-party providers
The site may use hosting, database, object storage, email, analytics, and spam-protection providers to operate the service.
Data retention
Quote records and photo references are retained as needed for service operations unless deletion is requested and legal or operational needs do not require retention.
